Overview: Do you have what it takes to be a Social Worker for one of the Top Trauma health systems in the country? Then we want to meet you! Our client is nationally recognized for their high level of care, and they are looking for heavily experienced Social Workers to support their needs.
Job Details:
Location: Washington DC
Setting: Onsite, Discharge Planning & Psychosocial Assessments
Pay: $2, 600+/week
Shifts: Mon-Fri 8: 00-5: 00; with 1 weekend/month
18-25 cases / day
Job Requirements:
DC License
2+ years experience with Care Coordination and Discharge Planning
