Overview: Level I Trauma Teaching Hospital located in the DMV area is looking for Licensed Social workers to to assist with dicharge planning in the care coordination.  Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is plus.

  • Shift: 8 Hour Days
  • Hours Per Week:  40

Job Requirements:
  • Required Skills: 
  • Education: Masters' Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in Acute Care Case Management
  • LISW, LICSW, LGSW, LSWA
