RN Case Manager
Overview: Top NY Hospital is a nonprofit academic medical center in New York City affiliated with two Ivy League medical schools, Cornell University and Columbia University is seeking experienced RN Case Manager with discharge planning experience. The hospital comprises seven distinct campuses located in the New York metropolitan area.
Job Details:
Location: Manhattan, NY
Setting: Hospital
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8-4 or 9-5 (4 weekend days/qtr) expected 37.5 hrs/ week
Job Requirements:
New York RN License required
BSN Required
Epic, Allscripts, and InterQual
18 months experience in case management
Discharge planning experience required
