Job Details
- Location: Santa Rosa, CA
- Start Date: March 17, 2025
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week
- Weekend Requirements: Two weekends every six weeks
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Utilization Review or related healthcare field
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Rosa, CA
- Conduct utilization reviews to ensure appropriate patient care and resource utilization
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of reviews and recommendations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
