We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management for a 13-week travel assignment in Savannah, GA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with diverse units including Medical/Surgical, ICU, Trauma, Pediatrics, Orthopedic, and Neurology.
Job Details
- Location: Savannah, GA
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1690 - $1820
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care Case Management experience
- Active RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Proficiency in Interqual and Care Coordination
- Experience with documentation systems such as MIDAS, EPIC, and Careport
- Coordinate patient care across various units including ICU, Trauma, and Pediatrics
- Utilize equipment such as laptops, cell phones, and iPads for case management tasks
- Engage in face-to-face interactions with patients and their families to enhance patient experience
- Float to different coverage areas as needed
