- Location: Miami, FL
- Start Date: November 4, 2024
- End Date: February 1, 2025
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week, with rotating weekends
- Hours per Week: 40
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Case Management
- Experience with IQ reviews and discharge planning for complex patients
- Psychosocial assessment experience
- Familiarity with HCA CM processes preferred
- Conduct assessments and discharge planning
- Perform medical necessity reviews
- Collaborate with Case Management staff and bedside staff to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize Meditech and Midas documentation systems
