TitleProfessional Fee Coder Job StatementGHR Rev Cycle has a great opportunity with one of our largest HIM clients with a long-term contract to support key Rev Cycle functions to support long term financial health. Job DetailsGHR is offering an opportunity to a credentialed professional coder to expand coding and rev cycle knowledge to include AR Follow Up, Denials, and Revenue Integrity. Your knowledge of coding guidelines and ability as a critical thinker helps to improve overall operations for the Revenue Cycle. We are looking for an outstanding coder to join our team and grow with us as we support an outstanding organization. Job RequirementsWe are looking for coders with a CPC or CCS-P credential and a minimum of 3-5 years of coding experience. Coders with strong surgical knowledge are needed for this role. Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality are helpful. Coders will need a strong understanding of how to work with insurance companies and be comfortable speaking with them as needed.
