Job Details
- Employment Type: Remote Healthcare Job
- Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift: 8 Hour Days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
- Shifts Per Week: 5
- Duration: 13-week assignment
- Start Date: May 19, 2025
- End Date: August 16, 2025
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1920-$2060
- RHIT or RHIA credential required
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in HIM, Revenue Integrity, or ROI services
- Experience supervising teams of 20+ staff
- Vendor experience strongly preferred – familiarity with outsourced HIM environments
- Excellent communication, business writing, and analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to manage remote teams with accountability and structure
- Lead day-to-day operations for ROI services at client sites
- Apply Revenue Integrity best practices to enhance workflow and ensure clean claims
- Monitor and improve client KPIs, productivity standards, and contract compliance
- Drive quality assurance and regulatory adherence
- Oversee regional staffing needs, recruitment, and training
- Manage schedules, payroll, and employee performance reviews
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and clients
- Guide adoption of new technologies and develop site-specific SOPs
- Support P&L performance, budget planning, and strategic projects
- Collaborate with field operations partners to streamline inventory management
- Lead quarterly and annual performance reviews
