Traveling RN Case Manager
Overview: Do you have what it takes to be a Case Manager for one of the Top Trauma health systems in the country? Then we want to meet you! Our client is nationally recognized for their high level of care, and they are looking for heavily experienced Case Managers to support their needs.
Job Details:
Location: Washington DC
Setting: Onsite, Discharge Planning Only
Pay: $3, 200+/week
Shifts: Mon-Fri 8: 00-5: 00; with 1 weekend/month
18-25 cases / day
Job Requirements:
IL RN License
BSN preferred
2+ years experience with Care Coordination and Discharge Planning
