PERM RATES:
IP Coder - min $29.63 max $45.00
Sr. IP Coder - min $34.06, max $52.00
Lead IP Coder - max $58.76
16 - Fulltime Temp to Perm IP coders - Mon-Fri 40 hours per week
Start: ASAP
End: 6 months Temp To Perm
Shift: No split shifts. Only straight shifts will be considered.
**Coders will need to go through a 10-chart pre-bill, all training is paid, and will have about 12 hours of self-training to complete prior to training with the client. The coders will complete the self-training by Friday before starting Monday and should be in full production by Thursday.
Systems: 3M 360 & Cerner
Productivity: 1.79/hour or 14/day. Measured with a tool that credits for high dollars
Equipment: GHR will provide equipment, 2 monitors, and a camera. Will need to use Zoom daily. They can ask coding questions and keep in contact with their coding manager through Zoom. This is their IM system.
Chart types: They begin coding in queues with lesser acuity before being released to high dollar. They see everything, Cardiac, Transplants, Gender Reassignment, etc.
Credential: CCS, RHIT or RHIA. CPC considered with proven hospital coding experience
